Our Installation Workflow
- 1. Scaffold & Safety Setup: Safe, HSE-compliant scaffolding is erected around the working perimeter to protect your family and our team.
- 2. Strip-Out & Timber Check: Old tiles, battens, and felts are stripped away. We inspect rafters for damp, rot, or structural deflection, replacing timbers as necessary.
- 3. Underlay & Battening: High-tensile, breathable membrane is laid over the rafters to allow vapour escape while stopping rainwater. Treated timber battens are fixed at calculated gauges.
- 4. Tile Fixing & Detailing: Slates or tiles are mechanically nailed and clipped. Dry-ridge, dry-verge, and lead valleys are detailed to complete a dry-fix, low-maintenance roof edge.
